Lady of Letters Inc. is committed to long term and ongoing relationships with our clients. We do this through a retained support contract. The contracts can be purchased in increments of 10 hours or more. These hours are valid for 30 days of stand-by support, or until the hours are used up, whichever comes first.  Upon purchasing, we check in regularly to ensure these hours are being used. This is our preferred method of doing business and we offer a discounted rate with this contract.
